The 2009 National Poetry Month poster is out from the Academy of American Poets. What do you think?

(FYI, I have every poster in my office at Babson going back to 2000. Visit the gallery of posters.)

I really like it, quite a lot. It's visually striking and captures both the internal and the external nature of poetry.

LOL--Don't mind me--I'm blathering on without a single cup of coffee on board.

Yes, I do dare disturb the universe. Love the poster.

It's a little unexpected -- in a horror film sort of way -- but I like it.

It's quite creepy! Which isn't a bad thing. I definitely like how each year the poster is so different. And this years is very far from an image I would get in my head when I hear the word "poetry". And I like that.

I don't love it or hate it. Guess that means I'm indifferent. It's OK, I guess.
