Merry Christmas!

The gifts have been wrapped. The stockings hung with care. And visions of Christmas cookies are dancing in my children's heads. (If my kids are envisioning these cookies then maybe they're having nightmares.)

After a marathon last-minute shopping extravaganza, it looks like the O'Neil family is ready to celebrate the holiday in high style. And I have to admit, I'm really excited to see the kids' reactions tomorrow morning.

Merry Christmas everyone! Wishing you love, love, and more love this holiday season.

Merry Christmas to you, too!

(It's almost 5:30 a.m. and I'm the first one up in my house. What's wrong with this picture?!?)

Ho! Ho! Ho!

Hey, Merry Christmas J - hope you had a great one with family! I love your post on change and the New Year - since my birthday is in December, ym new year's "resolutions" always come on my birthday for me. Seems like a fine enough time. Anyway: here's to a year of more blogging, more writing, and more poetry - not to mention hallowed early mornings with exercise and "me" time! How I love those dark and quiet mornings!

Those sure are some interesting cookies! One of them looks like a shrimp! (just kidding, I'm sure they're tasty...)
