Pictures from Dodge

I'm home from the festival, dog tired but with lots to talk about over the next few days.

These photos were taken Saturday during the driest part of the day.

january, i'm envious. this festival sounds like my dream get-together. im just curious, is it hard to get in, or can fledgling poets like me enter?

i really appreciate you writing and sharing about your experience. thanks a lot!

Thanks Odessa.

The great thing about this festival is that anyone can go. You don't have to be a poet or a teacher or a student. In fact, the festival may be most enjoyable for poetry lovers, to see the range of poetry out there.

It's not a conference, rather an opportunity to hear great poetry and ideas about the craft in a natural setting.

Maybe a trip to the East Coast is in order for the next festival in 2010.
