Thank you for posting this video... It was at a poetry reading by Rita Dove that I became inspired to pursue my long-held dream of becoming a published poet. Now here I am, some six years later--and my second poetry collection was published in 2009. My work has also appeared in numerous literary journals, anthologies and other publications. So, I owe a great debt of gratitude to Rita Dove for her very inspiring presence...for being a catalyst to completely changing my life! It is always a pleasure for me to hear her speak!
